During the Last Supper, immediately after instituting communion, the disciples began arguing about who would be the greatest among them. Jesus responds by contrasting worldly leadership, which exercises authority over others, with His model of servant leadership. Jesus redefined greatness not by how many serve you, but by how many you serve.
