NextGen is the student ministry of Emmanuel Baptist Fellowship. Our goal is simple:
to help students know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live on mission.

We believe teenagers are not just the future of the church—they are part of God’s work right now. At NextGen, students are taught to love God, serve others, and boldly live out their faith.

What is NextGen like?

NextGen is:

  • Christ-centered

  • Bible-based

  • Relational

  • Purpose-driven

Students are not just entertained—they are discipled. We walk with them through real-life questions, challenges, and decisions, pointing them to the truth of God’s Word and the grace of Jesus Christ.

What do students do at NextGen?

Our students are actively involved in:

  • Missional outreach

  • Community visitation

  • Serving in Sunday worship services

  • Leadership and discipleship development

We teach students that following Jesus isn’t just something you believe—it’s something you live.

What is the NextGen Summit?

Each year we host the NextGen Summit, a powerful youth conference designed to challenge, encourage, and equip students to walk boldly with Christ.

The Summit includes:

  • Dynamic preaching

  • Worship

  • Small groups

  • Fellowship

  • A strong call to spiritual commitment

It’s one of the most impactful times of the year for our students.

Who is NextGen for?

NextGen is open to all students in middle school and high school—whether they’ve grown up in church or are just beginning to explore their faith.

You do not have to have everything figured out to belong here.

Is it safe and welcoming?

Absolutely.

We work hard to create an environment where students:

  • Feel welcomed and accepted

  • Are treated with respect

  • Are encouraged in their faith

  • Are surrounded by adults who care

Our leaders invest in students not just during events, but in their everyday lives.

How can my teen get involved?

Getting connected is easy.

Your student can:

  • Attend a NextGen gathering

  • Join us at a special event

  • Serve with the team on Sundays

  • Or participate in outreach
